Narcissism! Heads up!

Hello one and all,

It's me.. who? Chris Friesen - aka- Chris Eff. As many of you know, I haven't subscribed to any of the key social networking tools that help all of us to spread 'important' information in seconds. Which leads me to why I am cleaning the cob webs off this blog and using it to tell you to visit my website www.chriseff.ca.

The reason I'm posting this now is because things are beginning to pick up for me and I figured it's time I let anyone who is interested know I'm still plugging away. I also did a little renovation to the content that was already on it, so enjoy that as well.

Keep checking back because I'm going to try and keep it as up to date as I can and who knows, maybe I'll start another blog as well. I realize how important the internet is and that I need to get over my internal battle of ego vs. self-promotion.
